Bananas are both used for processing your input image as well as coloring it. - 4 bananas: The default price for processing an input image is 4 bananas. - 1 banana: Each additional banana allows your monkey to create 5 image variations. This means that for an input image and the minimum of 5 variations your monkey creates, you will need 5 bananas. You can add more bananas for more variations if you want to. The most common usage pattern is 30 variations of an input image which boils down to a cost of 10 bananas.
No, unlike in the real world, your bananas never expire! Once purchased, they remain in your account until used.
